Two local students were named to the dean's list for the fall 2010 semester at Juniata College, Huntingdon. The dean's list recognizes grade point averages of at least 3.6 out of a possible 4.0.
Among those honored are the following students:
Travis Joe Smith of Warren is a sophomore studying geology. Smith, the son of Larry Smith and Lisa Eldridge is a 2009 graduate of Warren Area High School.
Katie Christine Downey of Warren is a sophomore studying geology. Downey, the daughter of Kevin and Amy Downey is a 2009 graduate of Warren Area High School.

Matthew Decker of Russell was named to the dean's list for the fall 2010 semester at the University of Mount Union, Alliance, Ohio. Decker, a senior business administration major, graduated from Eisenhower High School before coming to Mount Union. To be eligible for dean's list, students must have completed at least 12 credit hours of traditionally graded coursework while achieving a grade point average of 3.550 or better with no grade below a B.
