Walt and Cindy Elmquist of Sheffield are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jenelle Elmquist, to Zane Johnson, the son of Bob and Suellen Johnson of Tiona.
Jenelle is a 2004 graduate of Sheffield High School. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in history in 2008 and a bachelor of science degree in secondary education in 2010 from the University of Pittsburgh, Bradford. She is employed as a substitute teacher for Warren and Kane school districts.
Zane is a 2003 graduate of Sheffield High School and a 2004 graduate of the Motorcycle Mechanic Institute of Orlando, Fla. He is employed by Pennsylvania General Energy.

Jenelle is the granddaughter of Janet and the late David Elmquist of Sheffield and Joanne and the late Wells Snyder of Kane. Zane is the grandson of the late John and Agnes Johnson and the late Dean and Mary Bullock, both of Clarendon.
An Aug. 13, 2011, wedding is planned.
