Haley C. Hynes and Stephen Noonan of Erie have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Simpson of Warren and Daniel Hynes of Oil City. He is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Noonan of Erie. A July 9, 2011, wedding is planned in Erie.
