Lisa Marie Knepp and Chad Michael Best were united in marriage on Oct. 2, 2010, at 3:30 p.m. The wedding was held at Lawrence Park United Methodist Church and was officiated by Pastor Rick Pearson. The bride was escorted down the aisle by her father.

A reception followed at the Lawrence Park Golf Club.

Maid of honor was Kara Reman, friend of the bride. Matron of honor was Stacey Wagner, a friend of the bride. Bridesmaids were Elizabeth Gregg, a friend of the bride; Holly Petras, groom's sister; and Kristi Knepp, bride's sister-in-law; Best man was Matthew Walker, a friend of the groom. Groomsen were Jeremy Skyes, Ryan Rossman and Brian Lutz, friends of the groom, and Christopher Knepp, brother of the bride. Kelsey Knepp, bride's niece, was junior bridesmaid. Ashley Knepp, bride's niece, and Katy Petras, groom's niece, were flower girls. Jake Petras, groom's nephew, was ringbearer.

The rehearsal dinner was held Sept. 30 at Richard's Restaurant, hosted by the groom's parents, Mike and Connie Best.

The bride, daughter of William and Susan Knepp of Tiona, graduated from Sheffield Area High School and Eastern Nazarene College with a liberal arts degree in 2004 and Walden University with an MBA in 2010. She is an office manager at American Resort Management. The groom, son of Mike and Connie Best of Fairview, graduated from Fairview High School and Penn State Behrend with a mechanical engineering degree in 1999. He is a senior design engineer at Finish Thompson.

The couple honeymooned in Boston and now reside in Harborcreek.
