The Gannon University Small Business Development Center (SBDC) along with over 50 planning volunteers held a kick-off ceremony for the 4th Annual Women In Leadership Development Conference (W.I.L.D.) "The Greatest Resource is You" on Sept. 20 at the Gannon University's Old Main Board Room, Erie, PA. They announced local business owner, Donna Zariczny, Architect & President, Inscale Architects, the Chair of the 2011 W.I.L.D. Conference.
The 2011 W.I.L.D. Conference takes place on Friday, March 25, 2011 at the Bayfront Convention Center featuring the following internationally renowned keynote speakers:
- Bill Rancic, founder of the multi-million dollar internet company, Cigars around the World. Chosen by Donald Trump, Bill is the original Apprentice and will speak on entrepreneurship;

- Connie Podesta, is the "guaranteed dynamic" motivational and inspirational speaker. Connie, author, therapist, and human behavior expert, will present on leadership.
- Jan McInnis is "The Work Lady." She brings humor to the corporate world through family and lifetime anecdotes. Jan educates with practical tips on the importance of humor as a basis for wellness in your life.
Each year the W.I.L.D. chairperson must meet the criteria of being community-minded, applying W.I.L.D. tasks to an annual schedule and owning a business.
Inscale Architects is a WBE certified woman-owned architectural firm in Warren. Owners Donna L. Zariczny and Jeffrey S. Zariczny have built Inscale as a full service firm, with an emphasis on customer service and involvement. They practice commercial architecture and residential architecture.
