The Allegheny Regional Theatre Experience (ARTE) will presents "Open Mic Night at the Spotlight Cafe" beginning at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 19, at the Struthers Library Theatre, 302 W. Third Ave., Warren.
Picture yourself walking into a quaint little bistro in the theater district. There you find a unique ambiance, a hip, diverse crowd and the music, well, that's the most attractive part. "The Spotlight Cafe," where a grand time is on the menu and the reviews are always five-star! ARTE will present its fall performance serving up some smooth tunes and mellow music. Tickets are $10 for adults and $8 for seniors and students. Children age 5 and younger are free.
Performing at the Spotlight Cafe will be Level I - Alexis Galloway, Logan Johnson, Anne Schwanke, Jordan Sitler, Grace Wortman, Holly Drozdiel, Sophia Spizak; Level II - Rachel Cecco, Taige Honhart, Jessica Mack, Ashley Morrison, Sarah Roney, Samara Steber, Haley Tuller, Madison Hollenbeck, Brionna Childs, Claire Daniels, Madison Kridler, Kaylee Mae Hunter, Abby Waterman, Madison Fehlman, Elyse Hedges, Abby Koebley, Hunter Goldthwaite; Level III - Emilia Beuger, Olivia Thompson, Austin Miller, Jordan Bullock, Carter Marten, Sarah Meyers, Lilya Renner, Abby Preston, Jamie Lee, Anna Stanko, Emily Jones, Laniey Catalino.
ARTE is the musical theater educational branch of Struthers Library Theatre. director Sue Spencer ,and an outstanding staff offers instruction in acting, vocal direction and dancing along with performance opportunities are offered in three semesters annually. Students from grades two through 12 may enroll. For show information or information about the program, call the theater office at 723-7231.
