The following is a list of upcoming local entertainment events. The Times Observer welcomes additions to the list that are of community interest. Club meetings and closed gatherings are not included. To add an event, call features editor Diana Paddock in the newsroom at 723-8200 by noon Monday.

Through Dec. 6: Toddler Time for ages 0-3, 10:30 a.m. each Monday, stories, songs, crafts and creative play, Children's Room at the Warren Public Library; no preregistration necessary.

Through Dec. 9: Pre-K Time for ages 3-5, 1:30 p.m. each Thursday, stories, songs, crafts and creative play, Children's Room at the Warren Public Library; no preregistration necessary.

Through Nov. 14: International Juried Exhibition of Pennsylvania Watercolor Society, Crary Art Gallery, 511 Market St. (gallery hours are Tuesday through Saturday, 11 a.m.-5 p.m.; Thursday, 7-9 p.m.; and Sunday, 2-5 p.m.)

Oct. 23-24: Haunted Museum at Wilder Museum, Warren County History Center, Irvine, 6-8:30 p.m.; Kid's Night Oct. 24, 4-7 p.m. Proceeds benefit Wilder Museum and ROY.

Through Oct. 30: Warren Art League Fall Show & Sale, "An Array of Art," Art and Culture Center, 310 Second Avenue, Warren.

Oct. 21-22: The WGH Auxiliary is sponsoring a Gold Buy Back Event in the Outpatient Lobby at WGH. The Gold Refinery will be paying cash for gold, silver, platinum and old coins with profits going to support the many WGH Auxiliary projects.

Oct. 21-23: Warren Public Library Annual Book Sale, Slater Room, 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Thursday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Saturday.

Oct. 22: Warren Concert Association, "Babik," Library Theatre, 7:30 p.m. (723-2348).

Oct. 23: Halloween stories read by ARTE students in the Warren Public Library Children's Department. Two times: 10:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m. Geared for ages 2-8. Families are encouraged to dress in costume. Preregistration appreciated. Call children's department at 723-4650 for reservations and indicate which time.

Oct. 23: Sterling, A Tribute to Elvis, concert by Yankee Bush Productions, Struthers Library Theatre, 8 p.m. (489-3110).
