An eclectic mix of art - from photography to carved crossbows - awaits show goers as Warren Art League presents "An Array of Art" at the Art and Culture Center, 310 Second Ave., Warren, Oct. 16-30. An opening is planned for 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Oct. 15, to which the public is invited. Gallery hours will be 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Saturday until the end of the month.
This annual show features the work of Warren County artists, all members of the Warren Art League.
"They get better every year," said membership chairperson Judy Blank as she worked to hang the show Wednesday with Diane DeLarme, league president.

For those who have attended previous shows, a new array awaits.
"We push them to do new art every year," DeLarme said, and to get their art out into the public, she added.
"It's our mission to get art out through the community," explained DeLarme, who has belonged the league for six years and has been president for two years. Art league members currently exhibit their work at local establishments like The Crossing and Watt Office Supply downtown, at the Rouse Home complex in Youngsville and at co-ops in Kane and Youngsville.
This year's show features a variety of mediums: oil, acrylic, photography, collage and more, with nearly 50 entries from about a dozen artists.
