Tyler J. Leichtenberger, son of Tricia Leichtenberger of Warren and Carl Leichtenberger of Pittsfield, has enrolled for fall 2010 admission at Rochester Institute of Technology. He plans to major in mechanical engineering in Kate Gleason College of Engineering. Leichtenberger, a 2010 graduate of Warren Area High School, has received the RIT Presidential Scholarship.

Megan Morrison has earned a dean's scholarship to attend the University of Mount Union, Alliance, Ohio. The 2010 graduate of Warren Area High School is the daughter of Homer and Amy Morrison of Warren. A member of the varsity club, Morrison played softball, soccer, golf and basketball. Eligibility for the dean's scholarship is based upon outstanding high school academic achievement and demonstrated aptitude for college on the ACT or SAT-I examinations and is renewable for four years as long as the recipient maintains a 3.0 cumulative grade point average and is a full-time traditional student at Mount Union.
