Laura A. Welch and Abraham Millham of 17 Erie Ave., Irvine, have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Lisa Welch and Daniel Welch, both of Waterford. He is the son of Tammy Lindeman of Youngsville and Wilmot Millham of Irvine.
A fall 2011 wedding is planned in Warren.
