Kelli Ann Groves and David Vance Shagla Jr. of Rt. 957, Sugar Grove, have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Paul Groves of Sugar Grove and Terri Ransom of Sugar Grove. He is the son of David and Donna Shagla of Sugar Grove.
A June 17, 2011, wedding is planned in Jamestown, N.Y.
