Jeffrey Michael Servesko and Shannon Marie Bates were married July 4, 2010, in an outdoor ceremony at their home.
The groom is the son of Mike and Sherry Servesko of Sheffield and the late Mary Peterson Servesko. The bride is the daughter of George and Dorothy Little of Siler City, N.C.
The groom graduated from Penn State with a degree in chemistry and with a Ph.D. from the University of UC, Santa Barbara. Jeff is employed by Synexis. The bride received a master's degree at the Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. Shannon is employed with Cisco Systems.
