Mary Kirsch, who was involved in a motor vehicle accident Tuesday, according to Warren City police, was found to be under the influence of alcohol but refused blood alcohol testing upon arrival at Warren General Hospital. The police report erroneously listed her blood alcohol level at 0.095.
