In a story about the capture of a suspect in last week's abduction in the Allegheny National Forest it was mentioned that a request by police to have the suspect's arrest warrant sealed was denied in the Court of Common Pleas. That information came from a member of District Justice Laura Bauer's staff, not the magistrate herself. Also, the list of law enforcement agencies involved in the investigation should have included the U.S. Marshals Service.
In a story in the Aug. 11 edition of the Times Observer, Warren County School District Solicitor Chris Byham's name was misspelled.
