Judicial Tax Sales were held at Warren County Courthouse on Wednesday.

The Impact Warren properties Liberty Street West Condominiums at 301-303 Pennsylvania Ave. W., and Allegheny Point Condominiums at 337-343 Pennsylvania Ave. W. were not on the list.

In June, the county treasurer's office reported that no property tax payments had been made for those properties since 2007.

Developer Bob Yoder was listed as the owner of the properties, with Allegheny Point Associates of Turbotville as the umbrella company.

The amounts quoted were $19,709.28 on the Allegheny Point property and $175,227.52 on Liberty Street West.

On Tuesday, Treasurer Nancy Siggins said the properties would not be part of the sale.

"They are off my sale," Siggins said. "Everything for 2007 and 2008 is paid."

She said taxes for 2009 were already paid on the properties.

Siggins said taxes were paid on Allegheny Point on July 9, removing that property from the list.

She said payments of $19,823.79 and $17,842.14, including $1,888.28 due from 2007, were made on properties at 337-343 Pennsylvania Ave. W.

According to the county assessment office, the 337-343 properties are under two separate commercial listings, both owned by Allegheny Point Associates.

According to the assessment office, the $19,823.79 payment was made on property carrying the name Riverview West Associates and the $17,842.14 was paid for property called Pennsylvania Avenue West.

Allegheny Point purchased the properties from the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry on Nov. 14, 2003, according to the assessment office.

Because of questions about the assessment on Liberty Street West, that property was pulled from the sale, Siggins said.

According to Assessor Karen Beardsley, no formal appeal has been filed as of Wednesday regarding the assessment of the property.
