Bruce and Christa Williams of Warren are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Stephanie Christa Williams, to Jeffrey Patrick Scutella, son of Pat and Gwenn Scutella of Warren.
The bride-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Mercyhurst Preparatory School and earned a bachelor of arts degree in interdepartmental studies and a master of arts degree in secondary education from West Virginia University in 2006. She is a social studies teacher in the Warren County School District.
The groom-to-be is a 2001 graduate of Warren Area High School and earned a bachelor of science degree in safety and environmental management from Slippery Rock University in 2005. He is the business manager at McKissock Capital Management in Warren.
