Marjorie J. Phinney, 71, of 682 Pleasant Drive, Warren, PA, passed away on Friday, June 4, 2010 at Warren Manor.
Marjorie was born September 29, 1938, in Warren, the daughter Florence Van Sile Wilkins of Warren and the late Harry Wilkins. She was a member of the Faith Bible Church of Warren and among the many things in life she enjoyed were motorcycle rides, trips to the beach, and she loved her poodles. Marjorie especially enjoyed her family, children and grandchildren.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by one daughter, Jackie Kifer, and her husband Richard, Sheffield, PA., Mark Phinney, and his wife Lynn, Warren, PA., two sisters, Dolly Youngberg, and Norma Anderson, both of Russell; four brothers, Harold Wilkins and his wife Carole, Russell, PA., Bill and Hank Wilkins, both of Warren, and Tom Wilkins, and his wife Sharon, Youngsville; four grandchildren, Jillian Thorpe and her husband Eric, Fall River, Mass., Kyle Phinney, Cassidy Fortman, and Kyle Fortman, all of Warren; one great grandson Dylan Thorpe, Fall River, Mass.; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James and Ron Wilkins.
Friends may call at the Peterson Blick Funeral Home, Inc., 1003 Penn Ave., E., Warren, on Tuesday June 8, from 3 to 5 p.m. at which time a funeral service will be held there at 5 p.m. with Joel Spencer, Elder and Jackie Phinney, daughter of the deceased, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Pine Grove Cemetery, Russell, PA.
