Pam Bova, manager of the Tidioute Office, said, "On behalf of all of us at the bank, I invite the Tidioute Community to stop in and see our 'new' home. We're very proud of the changes we've made to the bank that has served our community for so long and we want everyone to join us, so they can see what we've done, enter our drawings and have some refreshments with us, as well."

The interior renovation involved a complete makeover, with new floors, wallpaper and paint, a private office for new accounts, new furniture, and a new teller line in the venerable bank office that has served Tidioute since 1876.

"We thank our customers, especially," Ms Bova said. "The renovation shows our bank's commitment to our town, but the work took time and was a dirty, messy job. Our customers supported us through the project and we appreciate them for their good humor and their patience."

The public is invited for refreshments throughout the day, but especially for a lunch of hot dogs or subs with chips and pop from 11 a.m. till 2 p.m.
