Stephanie Diane McClellan and Toby William Larson, both of Warren, have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Stanley and Elizabeth McClellan Jr. of Warren. He is the son of Sandra Larson of Youngsville and the late Newell Larson. A late July 2010 wedding is planned in Mayville, N.Y.
