Gerry "Goose" Thomas and Lori Cerra Prelog have announced their engagement. He is the son of Rollin and the late Anne Thomas of New Castle. She is the daughter of Phil and Donna Cerra of Clarendon.
A July 3, 2010, wedding is being planned.
