Miranda Renee Snarburg and Kurtis Shayne Walters, both of 341 N. Main St., Pleasantville, have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Mark and Mindy Snarburg of Russell. He is the son of Lee and Cindy Walters of Pittsfield. A New Year's Day wedding is planned on Jan. 1, 2011, in Erie.
