Mandy Jo (Johnson) Russo and Shawn Jason Proper, along with their children, Ethan Russo and Seebe Proper, are pleased to announce their engagement.
Mandy is the daughter of Darla and Robert Heckathorn of Erie and James and Jeanette Johnson of Blacksburg, Va. Shawn is the son of Carol and Bob Thompson of Warren.
Mandy is a 1998 graduate of Warren Area High School and is currently employed as an administrative assistant for Helpmates Incorporated of Warren. Shawn is a 1993 graduate of Warren Area High School and is a CNC lathe operator at Superior Tire and Rubber Corporation.
