Kerry Osborne Russell and Glenn Michael Minnis have annouced their engagement.
Ms. Russell is the daughter of Gail McKenna of Lexington, KY, and Robert Osborne of Hilton, NY, both formerly of Warren. Her fiance is the son of Miriam Minnis of Warren and the late Richard Minnis.
Ms. Russell is a graduate of Warren Area High School and Long Ridge Writer's Group. Her fiance is a graduate of Warren Area High School and attended Gardner-Webb College and Jamestown Community Collge.
