Mr. and Mrs. William "Bud" Knepp of Tiona are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Lisa Knepp, to Chad Best, son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Best of Fairview, Pa. Lisa is a 1999 graduate of Sheffield High School and a 2004 graduate o Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Mass. She is currently employed at Tri-State Pain Institute in Erie. Chad is a 1995 graduate of Fairview High School and a 1999 graduate of Penn State. He is currently employed by Finish Thompson in Erie.
An Oct. 2, 2010, wedding is planned in Erie.
