Meghan is the daughter of Thomas and Skyla Norris-Govier of Warren and Robert Moseley of Niceville, Fla. Chevy is the son of Timothy and Julie Gorton of Sugar Grove and Randy and Sharon Rowland of Kennerdell, Pa.
An Oct. 9, 2010, wedding is planned.
