Judge Skerda accepts three guilty pleas

Warren County Judge Maureen Skerda accepted guilty pleas from the following defendants Monday during plea court proceedings:

Roger Kevin Anthony, 32 Elm St., Tidioute, to DUI: general impairment - incapable of safe driving with an accident, careless driving and immediate notice of accident to police department. Counts of driving on roadways laned for traffic, duty to give information and render aid, restriction on alcoholic beverages and restraint systems were not prosecuted.

Matthew W. Gardner, 60 Valley Park Drive, Sugar Grove, to DUI: highest rate of alcohol. Counts of DUI: general impairment - incapable of safe driving and possession of small amount of marijuana were not prosecuted.

Kristen Leigh Nelson, 412 W. Main St., Apt. 4, Falconer, N.Y., to defiant trespass and retail theft. Counts of criminal conspiracy (retail theft), criminal conspiracy (receiving stolen property), criminal conspiracy (defiant trespass) and theft by receiving stolen property were not prosecuted. Nelson was ordered to pay full restitution.
