CHARLES STOCKER

Charles F. Stocker Sr., age 83, of Finleyville, Pa., formerly of Tidioute.

Survived by loving wife, Rose Marie, of 61 years; father of Charlotte Kuzma, Lillian "Pud" (Mark) Stewart, Charles Jr. (the late Maureen) and Carl (Crissy); also survived by his sister, Mary Habovick; grandfather to 11 grandchildren and seven greatgrandchildren.

He was an active member in the Color Guard of the VFW in Tidioute. He was also a member of the American Legion in Youngsville.

Charles was retired for 24 years from Universal Cyclops, where he gave 40 years of service.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran from WWII and was an avid sportsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing. He was a former polka band leader and enjoyed entertaining others.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Ernest, and sisters, Adelaide and Rose. He will be sadly missed by family and friends.

Visitation will be on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at David J. Henney Funeral Home, 6364 Library Road (Rt. 88), Library, Pa. where a Blessings Service will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. Burial will be at the National Alleghenies with full military honors.
