Warren

Harassment. Warren City police reported a non-traffic citation was filed Dec. 21 charging Jeremy A. Markham, 33, 135 Wilderness Park, Clarendon, after he was involved in a domestic dispute at 11 p.m. Dec. 17 while at 11 W. Third Ave., Apt. A.

Retail theft. According to Warren City police, Estevean Allen, 32, 268 Mead St., Tidioute, was taken into custody and charged at 5:19 p.m. Dec. 18 after he took possession of two iPods from Blue Ribbon Rentals, 215 Liberty St. Police reported Allen placed the merchandise, valued at $804.99, in his pocket and left the store without paying.

Retail theft. According to Warren City police, Hazel A. Wegg, 50, Warren, was issued a non-traffic citation after she took a sub from the deli of Country Fair, 413 Pennsylvania Ave. E., at 11:53 a.m. Dec. 8 and then left the store without paying for it.

Brokenstraw Twp.

DUI crash. Warren-based state police reported Larry Watson, 69, Warren, was driving a 1999 Saturn CP east on Old Route 6 at 8:10 p.m. Dec. 20. According to police, upon missing a left-hand turn at the intersection of Dunn's Eddy Rd., the vehicle slid into the guide rails on the eastern berm of the intersection. Police reported minor damage occurred to the vehicle's right front bumper. According to police, Watson was arrested for DUI.

Eldred Twp.

Hit and run. Warren-based state police reported a tractor trailer traveling west on Rt. 27 had a tire come off which struck the residence of Robin D. Brown, 46, Grand Valley, between 9:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Dec. 21. According to police, Brown's house received damage to the foundation and to the wall of the residence. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.
