Charles R. and Shirley V. Dunlap of Ripley announce the engagement of their daughter, Cassandra Leigh, to Kyle James Monaghan, the son of James A. and Nancy L. Monaghan of Warren, Pa.
Miss Dunlap is a graduate of Sherman Central School, Jamestown Community College and the State University at Fredonia. She is employed by Jamestown Public Schools. Her fiance is a graduate of Warren Area High School and Clarkson University. He is employed by SKF Aeroengine.
An Aug. 14, 2010, wedding in Warren is planned.
