Brokenstraw Twp.

Burglary. Gary Chuzie, 42, Youngsville, reported to Warren-based state police that a furnished barn he owns at 377 Thatchers Lane was entered by unknown persons between 11 p.m. Dec. 5 and 8 a.m. Dec. 6. According to police, the intruders took five bottles of liquor and a six-bottle shot dispenser, then fled back onto Thatchers Lane toward Route 6. Police estimated the loss at $150. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.

Burglary. David Garris, 66, Youngsville, reported to Warren-based state police that someone entered his residence at 14 Edgewood Dr., Pleasant Valley Trailer Park, between Nov. 15 and Dec. 6. Police said the intruder gained entry through a screen window, rummaged through the property and stole approximately $250 worth of antique silver coins and a pellet gun pistol. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.

Charged. Warren-based state police charged Pamela Devore, 29, Youngsville, with DUI and violation of parole following a traffic stop at 1:05 a.m. Dec. 5 on Rt. 6/62. According to police, Devore was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol and to be on state parole. Police said she was committed to the Warren County Jail for violation of parole.

Conewango Twp.

Retail theft. Conewango Township police were called to Wal-Mart at Warren Commons at 1:15 p.m. Dec. 5 on a report of retail theft. According to police, two juvenile females had taken $110.81 worth of merchandise from the store without paying for it. Loss prevention personnel at the store stopped the juveniles and detained them until police arrived. Police said both were cited for retail theft and given notice of trespass.

Theft. An individual reported to Conewango Township police that between 5 and 6 p.m. on Dec. 4, she lost her wallet in the parking lot of the Dollar Tree store at Warren Commons. The wallet has a small wooden cross attached. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police at 726-0725.

Limestone Twp.

Theft. Personnel at Natures Cabin Shop, 11501 Rt. 62, Tidioute, reported to Warren-based state police that someone removed three Frazier Fir Christmas trees with a total value of $95 between 6 p.m. Dec. 4 and 9 a.m. Dec. 5. Police said an investigation continues.

Charged. Warren-based state police said Sunday that an ongoing investigation into a stabbing that occurred July 18 on Pleasant Drive revealed that Shawn Harrison Fulkman, 31, Amanda Mae Fulkman, 25, and Timothy Scott Berlin, 26, all of Tidioute, originally reported to police that they were the only witnesses at the scene of the stabbing and gave false written statements indicating the same. Police said their investigation also revealed that a fourth witness had been at the scene, but left before officers arrived. All three reported that the victim of the stabbing, Shawn Fulkman, was not involved as an aggressor, but the investigation later revealed that he initiated contact with Daniel Gene Marstellar and mutually entered the fight. Shawn Fulkman was subsequently cut by Marstellar, who was arrested for aggravated assault. Police said Shawn Fulkman, Amanda Fulkman and Berlin were charged with one count of unsworn falsifications to authorities. Shawn Fulkman was also charged with one count simple assault (mutual combat). Charges were filed at District Judge Laura Bauer's office in North Warren.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on Pleasant Road at 12:30 a.m. Dec. 5. According to police, Richard Pratt, 39, Warren, was northbound on Pleasant Road when he lost control of his 2008 Chevrolet 1500, which went off the east berm, then went across the road and off the west berm, striking a tree. Police said Pratt will be charged with safe speed and immediate notice of accident to police department.

Pleasant Twp.

Theft. Personnel at Blair Corporation, Warren, reported to Warren-based state police that at approximately 1:45 a.m. on Dec. 3, the theft of a sweater valued at $39.50 occurred at the Distribution Floor South Building in Irvine. Police said the investigation remains open.

Theft. Warren-based state police said charges of theft by unlawful taking will be filed against Jonathon Cregg, 26, Tionesta. According to police, Cregg was found to have stolen various merchandise worth $60 while employed at Blair Corporation's South Distribution Center, Irvine, in November.

Youngsville

Crash. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident at 6:53 a.m. on Dec. 4. Police reported that Rachel N. Worster, 19, Youngsville, was driving west on Route 6 and fell asleep. Her 1997 Ford F-150 left the roadway and slid sideways down an embankment, striking a fence before stopping in Island Park. Police said Worster was cited for careless driving and for permitting violation of title.
