Jeffrey and Donna Carlstrom of Scandia and Edward and Barb Steber of Warren are pleased to announce the engagement of their children, Erica I. Carlstrom and Edward C. Steber III. A July 31, 2010, wedding is planned at Inter-Faith Chapel, North Warren.
Both are 2002 graduates of Warren Area High School. Erica is a dental assistant employed by James M.G. Doyle DDS. Edward is a 2006 graduate of Gannon University with a degree in business administration. He is employed by Autobody Collision.
