Cathie Vincent and Benjamin Cummings are pleased to announce their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mike Vincent of Warren and Kim and Dave Whiteman, also of Warren.
Cathie is a 2005 graduate of Warren Area High School and a 2009 graduate of Pitt-Bradford with a bachelor's degree in business education K-12. She is teaching at Bradford High School.
The groom-to-be is the son of Bill and Sharon Cummings of Warren. He is a 2002 graduate of Warren Area High School and a 2004 graduate of Camtech with an associate's degree in tool, die and mold design. He works in the tool and die department at Betts Industries.
