Food service inspections listed

Inspections were completed, and the following establishments have valid licenses until Nov. 30, 2010:
Kim's Cafe, 200 Liberty St., with no violations.
Country Fair, 413 Pennsylvania Ave. E., with three non-critical violations: meat in deli case not properly marked and dated, non-food contact surfaces need cleaned and ceiling vents need cleaned.
Wendy's, 60 Pennsylvania Ave. E., with one critical violation: chili not at proper cold holding temperature; and two non-critical violations: uncovered food in preparation area and kitchen floor needs cleaned.
Kelly's Pub, 428 Pennsylvania Ave. W., with one critical violation: staff hand-washing station not properly utilized.
St. Joseph Center, 608 Pennsylvania Ave. W., with two non-critical violations: thermometers not provided in all freezers and uncovered food found in walk-in cooler and ice bags stored on floor in walk-in.
Warren County restaurant and food and inspections were performed by the state Department of Agriculture.
The follow establishments were inspected and found to be in compliance:
Columbus VFD Community Center, 5 Main St., Columbus, with no violations.
Fresh Cup Coffee Shop, 2817 Market St., North Warren, with one non-critical violation: small gap at the bottom of the door that leads into hallway.
The Homemade Touch Cafe, 123 Main St., Tidioute, with no violations.
Kwik Fill Food Mart, 1664 Market St. Ext., with no violations.
Pizza Pros, 5 Main St., Russell, with no violations.

Kelly"s Pub isn't as bad as it seems. Dishes were being washed and the washer had temporaraly placed the sharp knives in the sink to avoid cutting self while reaching in dishwater. No longer than ten minutes. Just bad timing.
