Warren
Charged. Warren City police said Theodore King Sr., 40, 39 Central Rd., Steamburg, N.Y., was charged with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate of alcohol, restraint systems and no insurance following a traffic stop near the intersection of Pennsylvania Ave. W. and Liberty Street at 7:53 p.m. Nov. 26. According to police, King was driving in a careless manner with no right rear tire, driving only on the rim.
Charged. Warren City police cited Nancy Eastham, 29, 302 Jackson Ave., and Steve Eastham, 35, 31 Flagg Ave., Jamestown, N.Y., with harassment after responding to 302 Jackson Ave. for a reported domestic dispute at 11:53 a.m. Nov. 28. Police said Steven Eastham was also cited for driving under suspension.
Charged. Warren City police said Jenny Scalise-Smith, 50, 5 Nesmith St., was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at 1:56 a.m. Nov. 28 after officers were dispatched to her residence for a disturbance call with yelling and screaming.
Charged. Warren City police said Michael Fredericks, 37, 5 Hemlock St., was charged with trespass and simple trespass following an incident at 311 E. Fifth Avenue at 2:41 a.m. Nov. 29. According to police, Fredericks gained entrance to the residence through the unlocked rear door and confronted the victim. Police said Fredericks picked up a wooden chair and struck the victim with the chair, breaking it over the victim's head. Police said Fredericks then began chasing the victim around the house, tackled him on the couch and grabbed him around the throat.
Cited. Warren City police said Karen Bailey, 27, 104 S. South St., and Estie Myers, 51, 316 Pennsylvania Ave. E., Apt. F, were cited for harassment after officers were dispatched to 104 S. South St. at 1:10 a.m. Nov. 29 for a reported domestic dispute.
Cited. Warren City police said Tammy Scalise, 41, last known address 627 W. Main St., Sheffield, was cited for disorderly conduct after officers were dispatched to 15 Hammond St. for a report of a disturbance with a female refusing to leave.
Charged. Warren City police said Richard Leonard, 50, 1063 Charles St., Masury, Ohio, was charged with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate of alcohol, following too closely, careless driving and driving on roadways laned for traffic following a traffic stop near the intersection of Oak Street and Lexington Avenue at 2:48 a.m. Nov. 15. According to police, Leonard was stopped for erratic driving.
Charged. Warren City police said Wesley Schwanke, 25, 434 Prospect St., was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, disorderly conduct and harassment after officers were dispatched to a local tavern for a reported fight at 4:20 a.m. Nov. 26. According to police, Schwanke punched a known male in the face, knocking him the floor unconscious.
Theft. Mary Jo Sharp, Warren, reported to Warren City police that while her 2003 Chevrolet Trail Blazer was parked in the city parking garage between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Nov. 24 someone entered her vehicle and took a Sony digital camera, Garmin Novi GPS, cash, CDs, book, movie, black clogs, two belts and various other clothing items.
Conewango Twp.
Charged. Conewango Township police said Chris Ann Work, 52, Warren, was charged with DUI incapable of safe operation, DUI highest rate of alcohol and other summary traffic violations following a traffic stop at 11:28 p.m. Nov. 27 on Route 6. Police said Work was stopped for driving on the wrong side of the road and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
Farmington Twp.
Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police said Kevin Anderson, 21, Russell, was charged with criminal mischief following an incident at Kimberly Anderson's residence on Miller Hill Road at 2 a.m. Nov. 28. According to police, Kevin Anderson broke a screen door, damaged a floor lamp and broke two picture frames.
Charged. Warren-based state police charged Ryan Hebner, 19, 10 Patterson St., Sugar Grove, with underage drinking at 2:20 a.m. Nov. 28 after responding to a reported domestic dispute at a Miller Hill Road residence. According to police, Hebner was inside the residence and in possession of a opened can of beer and was found to have consumed some beer.
Mead Twp.
Theft. Personnel at Dairy Delite, Routes 6 and 59, reported to Warren-based state police that someone stole a new picnic table from the business sometime between Nov. 1 and Nov. 29. Police estimated the loss at $100. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.
Pine Grove Twp.
Accident. Warren-based state police responded to a one-vehicle accident on N. Main Street, just north of Perkins Lane, at 9:10 p.m. Nov. 25. According to police, Joshua Dyke, 18, Russell, was northbound on N. Main Street and while negotiating a slight right curve went across the southbound lane and off the road. Police said when Dyke attempted to get back on the road, he lost control of his 2000 Chrysler Concorde, went straight across the road and struck a guard rail head on. Police said Dyke's vehicle went up on the guard rail sideways and slid down it before coming to rest facing east. Police said Dyke faces numerous charges, including DUI and several summary traffic violations.
Probation violation. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Joshua J. Dyke, 18, Russell, on Nov. 25 on charges of violation of probation. Dyke, who was originally placed on probation on a charge of terroristic threats, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action, according to the Warren County Adult Probation Department.
Pittsfield Twp.
Burglary. Robert East, 38, Erie, reported to Warren-based state police that someone entered his camp on Lauger Road between Nov. 7 and 28 and removed a Winchester 1300 12-gauge shotgun and a 20-gauge, single-shot shotgun. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.
Hit and run. Wayne Betz, 32, Zolko Road, reported to Warren-based state police that between 7:30 p.m. Nov. 28 and 7 a.m. Nov. 29 someone drove through his yard causing damage to shrubs, a fire pit and the lawn. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.
Spring Creek Twp.
Drug Act violation. Warren-based state police said while following up on their investigation of a hit-and-run crash at a camp along Bush Road at 2:15 a.m. Nov. 29, a small amount of marijuana and a marijuana glass pipe were found. Police said the investigation continues.
Theft. Patricia Longmore, 53, Spartansburg, reported to Warren-based state police that two persons removed items from her residence on Hyde Road at 7:30 p.m. Nov. 22. The items were valued in excess of $300, said police.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Charged. Warren-based state police charged Natalie Yoder, 34, 45 Flasher Hill Lane, and Henry Yoder, 38, with harassment following investigation of an incident that occurred between 3 p.m. Nov. 18 and 11 a.m. Nov. 22. According to police, Natalie Yoder received multiple harassing messages on her answering machine from Henry Yoder. Police also said Henry Yoder received numerous unwanted calls from Natalie Yoder after she had been directed not to call him.
Triumph Twp.
Burglary. Dennis Dolph, 56, Erie, reported to Warren-based state police that someone entered his camp at 3859 Tidioute Creek Rd. between 4 p.m. Nov. 21 and 11 a.m. Nov. 28 and removed various items. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.
Clarendon
Criminal mischief. Joshua Frederoski reported to Warren-based state police that while his vehicle was parked along Main Street at 2 a.m. Nov. 29 a known male threw an egg at it, causing minor damage to the paint. Police said the investigation continues.
Sugar Grove
Criminal mischief. Damian Steber, 23, Sugar Grove, reported to Warren-based state police that the passenger side bed of his 2008 Dodge Ram truck was scratched while it was parked in the parking lot at the corner of Main Street and Big Tree Road on Nov. 29. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crimestoppers.
Retail theft. According to Warren-based state police, Dale Smith, 57, Sugar Grove, was cited for retail theft after being caught on video removing a pack of cigars from the Kwik Fill Store on Warren Road between 11:50 and 11:53 a.m. Monday without paying for it. Police estimate the total loss to be $4.69.
Tidioute
Hit and run. Mike Sahli, Tidioute, reported to Tidioute Borough police that his vehicle was struck by a white vehicle with a hitch while parked at the Tidioute Fire Hall on Nov. 23. Police said the damage was extensive. Anyone with information is asked to contact Tidioute police.
Stray bullet. Tidioute Borough police were called to the residence of Mike and Michelle Burcardo, 186 Main St., at 12:05 p.m. Nov. 28 when a bullet from a handgun came through a front window, causing $75 in damages.
Youngsville
Burglary/criminal trespass. Warren-based state police reported that between 11:30 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. Monday, someone entered 333 High St. and stole money and lottery tickets, then fled the scene. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police.
