Warren

Harassment, disorderly conduct, underage drinking. Warren City police said officers were dispatched to the Country Fair parking lot, 413 Pennsylvania Ave. E., for a fight in progress between two females at 8:34 on Oct. 31. Police reported Jessi L. Solock, 18, 318 Oneida Ave. was cited with harassment, disorderly conduct and underage drinking and a 16-year-old female juvenile was cited with harassment and disorderly conduct.

Harassment. Warren City police said a criminal complaint was filed Nov. 9 charging Jarrad E. Howard, 27, 507 Lexington Ave., Apt. A, after he has contacted a female numerous times both in person and by cell phone and has repeatedly belittled, repeatedly called her obscene names, repeatedly called at odd early morning hours and has been told by numerous officers to stop. Police said Howard has failed to comply.

Criminal trespass, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct. Warren City police officers were dispatched at 8:29 p.m. Nov. 8 to 509 Water St. for a reported disturbance. Police said Jade E. Morrison, 28, 26 Jackson Run Rd., was taken into custody and charged after she used a screwdriver to pry the door open and entered the residence. Police reported she then became combative with officers.

Bad checks. Warren City police said two non-traffic citations were filed Nov. 9 charging Tracy Frampton, 33, 940 Chapman Dam Rd., Clarendon, after she issued two checks in March to Warren Shurfine that were returned and marked 'not sufficient funds'. Police reported total restitution owed to the store is $159.53.

Bad checks. Warren City police said a criminal complaint was filed Nov. 9 charging Christina L. Potter, 32, 2 Kenmore St., after she issued three checks (two in May and one in June) to Warren Shurfine that were returned and marked 'not sufficient funds'. Police reported total restitution owed to the store is $166.80.

Theft by deception, bad checks. Warren City police said a criminal complaint was filed Nov. 9 charging Danielle Vargas, 20, 510 S. Main St., Sheffield, after she issued a check in June to Warren Shurfine that was returned and marked account closed. Police reported total restitution owed to the store is $50.59.

Bad checks. Warren City police said a criminal complaint was filed Nov. 9 charging Shelly R. McNelis, 45, 502 Lexington Ave., after she issued three checks in June to Warren Shurfine that were returned and marked 'not sufficient funds'. Police reported total restitution owed to the store is $287.52.

Conewango Twp.

Theft from automobile. Conewango Township police reported Dennis McLaughlin of Erie parked his Dodge Ram truck at Auto Zone and went inside to make a purchase at 11:50 a.m. Tuesday. Police said when he came back to his truck he saw that his Garmin GPS and a walkie-talkie were missing from inside the vehicle. Anyone with information is asked to contact the township police.

Columbus Twp.

Crash. Corry-based state police reported Nicole A. Lindstrom, 27, Columbus, was driving a 2002 Ford Taurus and Sara J. Martin, 29, Sugar Grove, was driving a 2008 Mazda CX9 both eastbound on Route 957, 820 feet west of Alderbottom Rd. at 5:40 p.m. Nov. 10. Police reported the Taurus was following the CX9. Police said a deer ran from the south side of the road into the path of the CX9. Police reported Martin slowed her vehicle suddenly and Lindstrom was unable to react in enough time to avoid hitting the CX9. Police reported the Taurus's front end struck the rear of the CX9. Police reported the Taurus had to be towed from the scene and the CX9 was able to be driven from the scene. Police said Lindstrom, who suffered a minor injury, was charged for following too close.

Southwest Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported someone removed two climbing tree stands from the property of Phillip Wagner, 48, Titusville, along Route 27 without the consent of the owner at 3 p.m. Nov. 8. Police said the tree stands are described as two Summit Viper Climbing stands; both of the stands are marked with the identity of the owner. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Tidioute

Theft. Tidioute Borough police reported Timothy Bailor, 20 Church St., told them that sometime Nov. 8 or 9 someone entered his shed and took a Craftsman leaf blower valued at $100. Anyone with information is asked to contact the borough police.
