Warren

Bad checks. According to Warren City police, a citation was filed Monday charging Kristin R. Miller, 19, 503 Highland Rd., Kane, after a check she issued on July 14 for $20.89 to Shurfine, 1613 Pennsylvania Ave. E., was returned "frozen locked account."

Brokenstraw Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported someone gained access to the vehicle of Sacheen Miller, 26, Irvine, and removed the state inspection sticker from the window between 9 p.m. Nov. 8 and 8 a.m. Nov. 9. Anyone with information is asked to call Warren-based state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Deerfield Twp.

Theft. According to Warren-based state police, a 48-year-old male of Niles, Ohio, reported that a Wells Cargo 12-foot enclosed trailer was removed from his Althom Road property between noon on Aug. 15 and 10 p.m. Oct. 30. The trailer displayed an expired Ohio registration and contained a Craftsman 42-inch lawn tractor along with other tools, police said. According to police, the total lost was reported to be $1,350. Anyone with information is asked to call Warren-based state police or Warren County Crime Stoppers.

Glade Twp.

Simple assault/harassment. Warren-based state police reported that at 1 p.m. on Nov. 5 at Warren Area High School, a verbal argument escalated to physical contact. Charges of simple assault and harassment were filed at Juvenile Probation against a 16-year-old Warren female.

Limestone Twp.

Theft. Warren-based state police reported that between Nov. 6 and 7, someone removed the Pennsylvania registration off of the Ford F-150 belonging to John Wood, 55, Fairview, Pa., while it was parked at his camp at 2337 Kelly Hill Rd. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police or Crime Stoppers.

Mead Twp.

Accident. Warren-based state police responded to an accident at approximately 5:50 a.m. Monday on Dorcon Road. According to police, a vehicle driven by Daniel M. Saeli, Warren, was traveling west on Dorcon Road when he lost control while passing another vehicle. Saeli's vehicle traveled across the eastbound lane, off the eastbound berm and rolled onto its drivers side and came to rest with the front end of the vehicle facing north, police said. According to police, Saeli was wearing his seatbelt and was not injured. Police said the vehicle was towed from the scene. Clarendon volunteer firefighters assisted at the scene.

Pittsfield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported Dale J. Follett, 17, Pittsfield, was driving a 1988 Ford Mustang north on Davey Hill at 7:40 a.m. Nov. 8. Police reported the Mustang left the roadway onto the eastern berm traveling approximately 84 feet before striking an embankment. Police said the Mustang rotated as it overturned, resulting in it coming to rest on its roof facing south, approximately 75 feet from initial impact. Police reported Follett was transported by Youngsville Ambulance Service to Corry Memorial Hospital with a minor injury.

Pleasant Twp.

Criminal mischief. Warren-based state police reported that between 7:30 p.m. Nov. 6 and 5:30 a.m. Nov. 7 on Creekwood Drive, someone pushed a white concrete tiger off its stand, causing damage to the stand. Anyone with information is asked to contact Warren-based state police or Crime Stoppers.

Sugar Grove

Drug paraphernalia/underage drinking. According to Warren-based state police, Shane D. Rodgers, 19, 1609 Happytown Rd., Bear Lake, was found at 6:34 a.m. Nov. 8 at the intersection of Routes 957 and 69 under the influence and in possession of an alcoholic beverage. Police said he was also found to be in possession of drug paraphernalia. Charges were filed through District Judge Laura Bauer's office, police said.
