Julie Stenstrom and Everett Rhoades have announced their engagement. She is the daughter of Al and Diane Stenstrom of Russell. He is the son of Paul and Evelyn Rhoades of Sugar Grove.
The bride-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Eisenhower High School and a 2008 graduate of Mercyhurst College North East. She is employed by CTI Physical Therapy, Warren. The groom-to-be is a 1998 graduate of Eisenhower High School and is a self-employed welder.
The couple resides in Sugar Grove. An Aug. 28, 2010, wedding is planned.
