Warren

Report pending. Warren City police had no information on an accident that occurred on Pennsylvania Avenue E. Wednesday at approximately 10 p.m. Police said they planned to have a report ready today.

Conewango Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported Robert J. Whyte, 25, Warren, grabbed and pushed a female, 36, Sugar Grove, at 9 a.m. Thursday. Police reported charges were to be filed in the office of District Magistrate Laura Bauer.

Eldred Twp.

Harassment. On Wednesday at 8:45 p.m., Warren-based state police reported a verbal argument escalated when Heather Nicole Jackson, 21, Spartansburg, Pa., struck a 22-year-old female of Russell in the chest. According to police, a charge of harassment was filed.

Sheffield Twp.

Harassment. According to Warren-based state police, an incident occurred on Oct. 29 between 10 and 10:43 p.m. when someone sent multiple unwanted text messages to a 17-year-old female of Tiona. Police said the investigation continues.

Triumph Twp.

DUI crash. Warren-based state police reported Michelle Cuttler, 30, Tidioute-Enterprise Road, Tidioute, was westbound near 188 Tidioute Enterprise Rd. at 8:30 p.m. Wednesday. Police reported she lost control of her vehicle around a left curve and rolled it onto the side. Police reported the 1995 Nissan truck suffered moderate damage. Police reported Cuttler was found to be under the influence of alcohol and taken into custody for DUI. Police reported they were assisted on the scene by Tidioute VFD and EMS personnel. Police said charges of DUI were to be filed.
