Burglary. Luke Sturdevant, 24, Main St., Russell, told Warren-based state police that someone entered his residence between Oct. 11 and 20 and removed a Ruger SR9 9mm pistol, black and green in color. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crime Stoppers.
Sugar Grove Twp.
Accident. Warren-based state police responded to an ATV-car accident on Jones Hill Road, north of Jackson Run Road, at 6:25 p.m. Tuesday. According to police, Travis Suckow, 34, Sugar Grove, was operating a Honda ATV on Jones Hill Road in the wrong lane of the road and was traveling too fast for conditions when it struck a 2000 Ford Mustang operated by Jeremy Sweeney, 27, Sugar Grove. Police said Sweeney attempted to take evasive action to avoid the ATV, but was able to get over far enough. Police said charges are pending against Suckow.
