Conewango Twp.

Charged. Warren-based state police charged Ryan Hebner, 19, Sugar Grove, with DUI, underage possession/consumption, speeding and a seatbelt violation following a traffic stop on Follett Run Road at 5:45 p.m. Oct. 18. According to police, Hebner was stopped for a speeding violation and was found to have in his possession several cans of beer. Police said it was also determined that Hebner was driving under the influence. Charges were filed at District Justice Laura Bauer's office.

Mead Twp.

Stolen vehicle located. Warren-based state police said a vehicle owned by Carmen Bricillo, Shelocta, Pa., that had been reported as stolen was located at 9:45 p.m. Oct. 18 along a dirt lane off of Chapman Dam Road, approximately three-tenths of a mile west of the Kalbfus Rod and Gun Club. Police said the car was parked off the roadway and set on fire in an undetermined manner. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police or Crime Stoppers.

Youngsville

Simple assault/terroristic threats. Warren-based state police said Mark Cox, 45, Youngsville, threw another person to the ground at 9:35 p.m. Oct. 15, choked that person several times and bit the victim's lower lip, causing a minor laceration. Police said Cox also struck the victim in the left eye and forehead area with an unknown object, causing moderate bruising. Police said Cox also threatened to kill the victim on several occasions. Police said Cox was later taken into custody by Warren County Probation Department officers and transported to the Warren County Jail on a probation violation.
