Crash. According to Warren-based state police, Vicky D. McCauley, 55, of Tidioute, was traveling south on Althom Rd. at 10:05 a.m. Friday in a 2008 Chevrolet Impala, along with two passengers, John T. MCauley, and a 2-year-old child, both of Tidioute, and collided with a 2005 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by Robert T. Weber, 64 of Tidioute, which was traveling north. The Impala was pushed back into the west embankment and the Grand Prix rotated counter clockwise before traveling down an embankment on the east side of the road, coming to rest against a tree, police said. Police further reported that Vicky McCauly was transported to Warren General Hospital via Tidioute VFD for treatment of minor injuries.

Limestone Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that Bryan K. Hart, of Tidioute was charged with harassment at 12:24 a.m. Saturday after he struck a 21-year-old woman in the face on Kelly Hill Rd., near the county line.

Mead Twp.

Burglary. According to Warren-based state police, between 6 p.m. Oct. 11 and 10 a.m. on Sunday, someone entered the garage of a residence on 6 Mile Rd. and removed four 5 gallon gas cans, containing approximately 15 gallons of gasoline. Anyone with information is asked to contact police.

Pine Grove Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported that Daniel E. Monticue, 18, of Warren, was traveling west on Priest Hollow Rd. at 11 p.m. Thursday, when he lost control of his 1987 Nissan after negotiating a left hand curve, rolled over onto the passenger side and struck a tree. Monticue was taken to Warren General Hospital for treatment of a minor injury by private vehicle.
