Lunches
Warren-Forest Area Agency on Aging will serve the following menu at Conewango Towers, Warren Senior Center and Warren Senior Community Center from Oct. 12-16: Monday, sauerkraut and kielbasa; Tuesday, chicken and biscuits; Wednesday, stuffed shells; Thursday, meatloaf; and Friday, ham and cheese sub. Locations at Marienville, Sheffield, Sugar Grove, Tidioute, Youngsville and Endeavor will serve menus from Monday, Tuesday and Friday for the three-day sights. Eligible participation is 60 years and older with a suggested donation of $3. Call 723-3763 for information regarding congregate meal sites or center locations. Menu is subject to change based on availability.

Tickets are now available for Community Day held at Bon Ton dept. store. For every coupon book purchased the $5.00 stays here as a donation to the center. Purchase a coupon book from any senior or stop in to the center and pick one up.
Glaucoma screening will be held on Oct. 12 with Carol from the Blind Association from 10 a.m. to noon.
October is the last month for our Mystery Lunch and no reservations will be accepted before Thursday after 1 pm. We need to give everyone the same chance to sign up. The day will consist of a trip to the zoo, lunch at Sara's, ride around the peninsula and a stop at Mason Farms.
Sheffield fireman's bake and craft sale will be Oct. 24 from 9-3 at the firehall. All donations need to be at the firehall before 9 am.

Cafe 905 is a great place to hold your parties, class reunion, or family gatherings. There is comfortable seating for a large group in the warm and inviting surroundings. A reasonable fee applies. Call Betty Jo at 723-3763 to make your reservation.

Pennsylvania Grand Canyon, train ride through Tioga County and lunch at the Penns Wells Inn is scheduled for Oct. 15. Seating is limited.
An Erie Casino trip is planned for Oct. 21. The next will be Friday, Nov. 13. Both will depart from Betts park at 1 p.m. Participants should note the canges due to fall weather. The horse track is now closed.
There will be an evening meal at 7 p.m. on Oct. 27 with the Cafe 905 Players providing entertainment.. Ham will be served. Call 723-4180 for a ticket or stop by the center. No tickets will be sold at the door.
Salamanca Allegheny Casino trip is scheduled for Wednesday, Oct. 28. Bus will leave Big Lots parking lot, Warren Mall, 9 a.m. (call 723-4180).
An overnight trip to York is planned for Oct. 28-29. Tour the Harley Davidson Plant, and have dinner and a show. The next day, tour Wolfgang Candy Company, Utz Quality Foods and Snyder's of Hanover. Call 723-4180 for reservations.
A trip to Riverside Dinner Theatre to see "The Bench" is planned for Dec. 8.

"Fall into Art" on Friday. Leave Center at 12:45 p.m. and travel to the nearby Crary Art Gallery to view a wide array of art pieces created by members of the Warren Art League.
