Richard and Sandra Ristau celebrated their 50th anniversary with at picnic at the home of their son and his wife, Dan and Nancy Ristau of Russell. Their daughter and her husband, Beth and Jason Cooper of Avon, Indiana, also joined the celebration. Richard and Sandra have four grandchildren, Kyle Ristau and Ashley Ristau of Russell, and Elliot Cooper and Emma Cooper of Avon, Indiana; all were on hand to help the couple celebrate. Richard and Sandra were married on August 22, 1959.
