Backpack found. A blue, cream and silver backpack full of men's clothing was found in the yard at 208 W. Third Ave. Warren City police said the owner can contact them to claim it.

Cited. Warren City police said three juvenile females were cited for underage drinking after an officer came in contact with them at 8:41 p.m. Oct. 3 on Water Street.

Cited. Warren City police said Richard Sturdevant, 38, 74 Allegheny Dr., was cited for disorderly conduct and public drunkenness at 3:35 a.m. Oct. 3 after he was pounding on the door of a known female's residence on Water Street and calling her obscene names.

Charged. Warren City police charged Noah Lucks, 26, Route 6, Clarendon, with DUI second offense, DUI highest rate of alcohol and general lighting requirements after they stopped his vehicle at 2:16 a.m. Oct. 4 on Pennsylvania Avenue W. for a front passenger headlight out.

Charged. Warren City police charged Alexander Digirolamo, 22, 1070 Kinzua Rd., with DUI general impairment, DUI highest rate of alcohol, turning movements and required signals after a traffic stop at 1:15 a.m. Oct. 4 at Hickory Street and Pennsylvania Avenue W. Police said Digirolamo drove his vehicle from a left-turn lane to a straight lane without using his right-turn signal.
