Jennifer Rae Hankins graduated from Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Boston, on Sept. 15 with a master's degree in physician assistant studies. She earned a bachelor of science degree in health science from the same college in 2007 and earned a bachelor of science degree in chemistry in 2002 from Eastern Nazarene College, Quincy, Mass. She is a 1998 graduate of Warren Area High School and is the daughter of Dr. G.A. and Carla Hankins of Warren. Hankins has accepted a position in ambulatory care medicine with East Tremont Health Center, New York, N.Y.
Matthew C. Brennan graduated from The Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine, Hershey, Pa., earning his M.D. on May 17, 2009. While in medical school, Brennan was elected a member of the Gold Humanism Honor Society and the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He is currently doing his residency in internal medicine at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Brennan is a 2001 graduate of Warren Area High School and a 2005 graduate of Grove City College with a bachelor of science degree in molecular biology. He is the son of Frances and Michael Brennan of Warren.
Randy and Kate McGeary Schrecengost, formerly of Warren and both graduates of Warren Area High School, have completed studies at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, Va. Dr. Kate McGeary, after graduating from University of Virginia School of Medicine, completed a three-year pediatric residency and is now caring for hospitalized pediatric patients at the Princeton, N.J., Hospital, which is an affiliate of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Randy Schrecengost completed his Ph.D. work in microbiology and will do post-doctoral work in prostate cancer research at the Kimmel Center at Thomas Jefferson University. The couple and their daughter, Norah, reside in Southampton, Pa.
