Sentences handed down in Warren County Court

Presiding Judge Maureen Skerda sentenced the following defendants to a state correctional institution.
Kevin Lee Bailey, 33, 12852 Route 6, Clarendon, to one to two years in a state correctional institution, $675 in fines and fees, pay the cost of prosecution, attend anger management and undergo mental health counseling for simple assault; and to three months to one year in state prison consecutive to the previous sentence for disorderly conduct.
Christopher T. Smith, 35, RR#2, Pittsfield, to 15 months to five years in a state correctional institution with credit for time served, $3,050 in fines and fees, 18 months driver's license suspension, attend and pay for the Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel and pay the cost of prosecution for DUI: refusal; to $230 in fines and fees and one year driver's license suspension for driving while under suspension, $330 in fines and fees, three months driver's license suspension and three months registration suspension for required financial responsibility; to $105 in fines and fees for registration and certification of title; to $130 in fines and fees for fraudulent use or removal of registration plates; to a $300 fine fore harassment; and to a $300 fine for disorderly conduct.
Valerie Sue Bailey, 34, 1008 Chapman Dam Rd., Clarendon, to 72 hours to 6 months in county jail with credit for time served, $1,475 in fines and fees, one year driver's license suspension, attend and pay for the Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation, 15 hours community service and pay the cost of prosecution for DUI; and to a $55 in fines and fees for general lighting requirements.
Kyle J. Clark, 22, 12252 Route 27, Grand Valley, to one year probation, $500 in fines and fees, 35 hours of community service, $2,588.30 in restitution and pay the cost of prosecution for criminal mischief; and to 90 days consecutive probation, $500 fine, one year driver's license suspension and undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation for driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoke.
Brandon C. Dean, 24, 146 Second St., Youngsville, to 90 days in jail to be served in Erie County with work release, 57 months probation, $2,225 in fines and fees, 18 months driver's license suspension, pay the cost of prosecution, attend and pay for the Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel and 30 hours of community service for DUI; and to $55 in fines and fees for careless driving.
Joshua J. Dyke, 18, 1447 Reynolds Run Rd., Russell, to three years probation, 60 hours community service, $850 in fines and fees, attend anger management, undergo a mental health evaluation and pay the cost of prosecution for terroristic threats.
Randy L. Eck, 44, 329 Shawnee Ave., Corry to one year probation, $1,100 in fines and fees, 100 hours of community service, $1,057.22 in restitution and pay the cost of prosecution for theft by unlawful taking.
Sean F. Grimmer, 19, 1 Drumcliffe Dr., to three years probation, $1,175 in fines and fees, six months driver's license suspension, 70 hours of community service, $150 in restitution, complete drug and alcohol treatment and pay the cost of prosecution for possession with intent to deliver.
Steven M. Klark, 26, 139 Crystal Lake, to 30 days to six months in county jail with credit for time served, $1,200 in fines and fees, 12 months driver's license suspension, pay the cost of prosecution, attend and pay for the Highway Safety School and Victim Impact Panel and 30 hours of community service for DUI; $55 in fines and fees for driving on right side of roadway; to $55 in fines and fees for careless driving; and to $530 in fines and fees for trespass by motor vehicle.
Richard E. Lewis, 447 W. Washington St., Bradford, to 33 days to two years less one day in county jail, $275 in fines and fees, $1,356.24 in restitution, 50 hours of community service and pay the cost of prosecution for bad checks and possession of drug paraphernalia.
David M. Maggio, 66, 2428 Liberty St., to 30 days to two years less one day in county jail, $675 in fines and fees, 25 hours of community services, attend mental health counseling and pay the cost of prosecution for terroristic threats; and to two years consecutive probation for stalking.
Lisa E. Noffsinger, 45, 347 W. 26th St., Erie, to seven months to two years less one day in county jail with credit for time served, three years probation, $1,675 in fines and fees, six months driver's license suspension, undergo a drug and alcohol evaluation and pay the cost of prosecution for criminal conspiracy: possession with intent to deliver.
Norman J. Sorensen, 25, 2100 Cobham Park Rd., to two years probation, $575 in fines and fees, 40 hours of community service and pay the cost of prosecution for fleeing or attempting to elude police officer.
