Warren

DUI. Members of the Warren County DUI Enforcement Team reported Andrew Wilmoth, 29, 10121 Jackson Run Rd., Sugar Grove, was charged with DUI after he was observed driving in an alleged erratic manner at the corner of Market St. and Fifth Ave. at 2:53 a.m. on Sept. 13. Police said a criminal complaint will be filed in the office of District Magistrate Arthur Zerbe; Wilmoth was released from custody pending further action.

Underage drinking. Warren City police cited Michael Hutley, 18, 4220 Miller Hill Rd., Russell, and Justin Nelson, 19, 108 Grant St., with underage drinking after officers came in contact with them in the 200 block of W. Fifth Avenue at 12:51 a.m. Tuesday.

Disorderly conduct. Warren City police cited Michael Faris Jr., 45, 18 Fullerton Ave., Clarendon, with disorderly conduct after an officer was dispatched to Northwest Savings Bank, 301 Second Ave., at 12:10 p.m. Monday for a person causing a disturbance. Police said Faris was using obscene language in the bank, alarming bank staff and customers.

Sheffield Twp.

Hit and run. Warren-based state police reported someone was driving a vehicle south on 1st St. at 11:35 p.m. on Sept. 12 and struck a 2007 Kia Sorrento, which was legally parked on the left shoulder of the roadway. Police reported the Sorrento received moderate scratches and dents to the rear driver side door, rear quarter panel, rear tire and bumper area. Police said the southbound vehicle fled the area.

Forest County

Probation violation. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Jody Craker-Fitch, 36, of West Hickory of Sept. 11 on charges of violation of probation. Craker-Fitch, who was originally placed on parole on charges of defiant trespass, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.

Erie

Probation violation. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Renae Marinelli, 53, of Erie on Sept. 8 on charges of violation of parole. Marinelli, who was originally placed on parole on charges of DUI, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Jail pending further court action.
