Parole violation. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Lisa Lester Swartz, 43, 284 Main St., Tidioute, Friday on charges of violation of parole/probation. The defendant, who was originally placed on supervision for a charge of theft by unlawful taking, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Prison pending further action, according to the Warren County Adult Probation Department.

Parole violation. Officers of the Warren County Adult Probation Department arrested Karen L. Denardi, 27, 423 Rankin St., Warren, Tuesday on charges of violation of parole. The defendant, who was originally placed on parole for a charge of theft by failing to make required deposition funds, was arrested on a supervisor's warrant and committed to the Warren County Prison pending further action, according to the Warren County Adult Probation Department.

Deerfield Twp.

Harassment. Warren-based state police reported that at approximately 5:45 p.m. Monday, Renea J. Marinelli, 152 E 41st St., Erie, Pa., was involved in a physical altercation on Rouse Lane in which she struck another person in the face a number of times. Police said Marinelli is to answer to the charge of harassment at district court in Youngsville.

Simple assault. Warren-based state police responded to a reported bar fight at approximately 7:45 p.m. Monday at Double D's bar on Route 27 in Garland. After responding to the incident, Mark D. Cox, 4955 Route 27, Spring Creek, Pa., reported that he had been assaulted by a known male who had departed the bar, police said. An investigation is continuing, according to police.

Mead Twp.

Simple assault. According to Warren-based state police, Cody J. Anderson, 18, Clarendon, was charged with simple assault and harassment following a domestic dispute Thursday at 12:45 p.m. at a residence on Griff Hill Road with a 39-year-old female. Police said Anderson was arraigned on Thursday in front of District Judge Laura Bauer and released on his own recognizance and ordered to have no contact with the victim.

Pittsfield Twp.

DUI arrest. Warren-based state police reported Donald J. Marinelli, Jr., 152 E 41st St., Erie, Pa., was being observed at approximately 7:01 p.m. Wednesday pulling into the Otterbein Methodist Church on Dalrymple Street where he was encountered and interviewed by police regarding a domestic complaint. While speaking with Marinelli, it was determined that he was under the influence of alcohol and was placed under arrest, police said. Marinelli was later released with DUI charges being filed at district court in Youngsville, police said.

Burglary. According to Warren-based state police, Larry D. Michael, 2354 Old Pittsfield Rd., reported that Wednesday between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. while he was not home, someone entered his residence and removed fentanyl patches. Police said the investigation is continuing.
