Warren

Crash. Warren City police said Annie I. McDonald, 82, 610 Water St., was westbound on Willoughby Ave. in a 1989 red Chevrolet at 6:12 p.m. Sunday and turning left on Conewango Ave. when she was struck by a 2005 silver Acura that was northbound on Conewango Ave. and driven by Cynthia A. Lewis, 450 Conewango Ave. Police said McDonald was cited for making an improper or careless turn.

Crash. Warren City police reported on 2:18 p.m. August 20 Nathan A. Godden, 20, 194 River Valley Rd., Irvine, was driving west on Market St. when he made an improper or careless turn left on Pennsylvania Ave., when he was struck by Scott D. Morton, 34, 132 Russell St., who was driving south on Pennsylvania Ave. with passenger Lana Winters, 31, also of 132 Russell St. Police said Godden was cited for making an improper or careless turn.

Crash. Warren City police reported on 8:20 a.m. Aug. 26 that Mackenzie M. Check, 16, 1842 Hemlock Rd., was traveling north on Route 1011 with passenger Noah Colvin, 11, also of 1842 Hemlock Rd. when their vehicle was struck by Jessica K. Roudybush, 32, 579 Pleasant Dr., who was traveling west on W. Third Ave. Police said the collision caused Check to hit the vehicle operated by Kelli A. Groves, 27, 9785 Route 957, Sugar Grove, that was traveling south on Route 1011. Check was cited for not obeying traffic control signals, police said.

Pine Grove Twp.

Collision. Warren-based state police reported that on Wednesday at 5:49 p.m., a vehicle driven by Sarah Burkick, 25, Russell, was heading north on Route 62 and stopped to make a left turn into Praise Fellowship Church. A vehicle driven by David Slater, 54, Sugar Grove, was also heading north on Route 62 and struck the back of Burkick's vehicle, forcing it off the right side of the road and coming to rest approximately 60 feet from initial impact facing east on the embankment, police said. Slater's vehicle continued approximately 60 feet coming to rest just behind Burkick's facing north, police said. According to police, both operators were transported to Warren General Hospital by Russell VFD with reported injuries. Both operators were wearing seatbelts and both units were towed from the scene, police said.

Sugar Grove

Burglary. Warren-based state police reported between 3 a.m. Aug. 22 and 3 p.m. Aug. 29, someone entered the residence of Larry Jesse Lookenhouse, Lilac Lane, and removed a prescription of Hydrocodone. Anyone with information is asked to contact the state police.

Pittsfield Twp.

Crash. Warren-based state police reported at 8:30 p.m. Tuesday that Christal A. Wolcott, 36, Grand Valley, and Richard L. Kemery, 53, Pittsfield, were driving west on Route 27. Kemery was in the westbound lane waiting to turn left onto Davey Hill Rd. Police said Wolcott failed to stop, causing the front of her car to hit the rear of Kemery's vehicle. After initial impact, Wolcott continued west where the front of her car hit a PennDOT sign. Wolcott's car came to rest along the westbound berm with the front of the car facing west. After initial impact, Kemery's car traveled across the eastbound lane and came to rest along the eastbound berm with the front of the car facing west. Wolcott and Kemery were transported to Warren General Hospital for treatment of injuries. Wolcott was cited for following too closely, police said.
