Judge accepts pleas
Warren County Judge Maureen Skerda accepted pleas from the following defendants Friday during plea court proceedings:
Brandon C. Dean, 146 Second St., Youngsville, guilty to highest rate of alcohol and careless driving; general impairment, turning movements and required signals and restraint systems charges were not prosecuted.
Susan Gail Drushel, 112 Plunkett Lane, Zelienople, guilty to highest rate of alcohol and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked; general impairment, possession of a small amount of marijuana, restriction on alcoholic beverages and stopping, standing or parking outside a business or residence charges were not prosecuted.
Randy L. Eck, 329 Shawnee Ave., Corry, guilty to theft by unlawful taking.
Sean F. Grimmer, 1 Drumcliffe Dr., guilty to possession with intent to deliver; criminal use of a communications facility and possession of a small amount of marijuana charges were not prosecuted.
Brent Alan Haehn, RR 1, Box 107A 717, Emerson Hill Road, Grand Valley, guilty to sale or transfer of firearms; a receiving stolen property charge was not prosecuted.
Shannon L. Haehn, 412 W. Main St., Titusville, guilty to sale or transfer of firearms; a receiving stolen property charge was not prosecuted.
John T. Mathews, 1429 Covedale, Cincinnati, Ohio, guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana. He was sentenced to pay costs, a $500 fine, $100 for Act 198 and his license was suspended for six months.
